The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

Damaged or defective items may be returned/refunded as long as any claims are placed within  5 days of the item being received.

Their network of artisans based in Italy and Spain have over decades of experience in leather craftsmanship.
